- Ligjëratat dhe librat falas përdoren edhe pa llogari. Me llogari (Apple ose Google), ecuria, shënimet dhe të preferuarat të ndjekin në çdo pajisje.
- Nëse diçka nuk punon, na shkruaj çfarë ndodhi. Te Profili, nën numrin e versionit në fund të faqes, "Kopjo detajet diagnostikuese" kopjon detajet që na ndihmojnë ta gjejmë problemin: ngjiti në email-in që na dërgon.
Porositë e librave
- Pas porosisë të kontaktojmë në telefon brenda 24 orëve për ta konfirmuar.
- Porositë e bëra me llogari i sheh te Profili › Porositë e mia. Për të tjerat na telefono me numrin e porosisë.
- Kushtet e shitjes · Dërgesa · Kthimi dhe rimbursimi
Fshirja e llogarisë
- Në aplikacion: Profili › Fshi llogarinë, në fund të faqes. Llogaria dhe gjithçka e ruajtur në të fshihen menjëherë.
- Pa aplikacion: na shkruaj në info@criterianetwork.com nga adresa e email-it të llogarisë, dhe e fshijmë brenda 30 ditëve.

Help with the app
- Lectures and free books work without an account. With an account (Apple or Google), your progress, notes and favourites follow you on every device.
- If something doesn't work, write to us about what happened. On Profili (Profile), under the version number at the bottom of the page, "Kopjo detajet diagnostikuese" copies details that help us find the problem: paste them into your email.
Book orders
- After you order, we call you within 24 hours to confirm it.
- Orders placed with an account are under Profili › Porositë e mia (Profile › My orders). For the others, call us with your order number.
- Terms of Sale · Delivery · Returns and Refunds
Deleting your account
- In the app: Profili › Fshi llogarinë (Profile › Delete account), at the bottom of the page. The account and everything saved in it are deleted at once.
- Without the app: write to info@criterianetwork.com from your account's email address, and we delete it within 30 days.
